Flutter Entertainment Plc, the world’s leading sports betting and iGaming company, seeks a Lead Data Scientist for the UK & Ireland Trading team. Based in pricing, you will lead data science initiatives that drive pricing strategies across Paddy Power, Betfair and Sky Betting & Gaming brands.

Qualifications

• Experienced leader with a track record of leading a data science function in a customer-focused or commercial domain.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Excel and Tableau for advanced analytics and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience in experiment design, A/B testing and time series analysis.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for clear stakeholder reporting.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to drive pricing insights across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science workstreams for pricing experiments and predictive analytics.
