• 5+ years PQE in a reputable law firm or in-house team.
• Experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts (RIAI, NEC, professional appointments) and related documents.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advice on construction-related legal issues including procurement, disputes, project management, extensions of time and claims, and construction elements in M&A.
• Draft and negotiate key contracts and agreements for diverse project types.
• Participate in Ireland's large and complex projects, engaging with developers, contractors, and funders.
