Qualificações

• Qualified solicitor in Ireland.
• 4+ years PQE in banking/finance.
• Strong drafting and client-focused skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise lenders, borrowers and other stakeholders on banking and finance matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate finance and security documentation.
• Support transactions from initial instruction through to closing, coordinating with clients, colleagues and advisers.
• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice on banking and finance matters.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued development of the Banking & Finance practice.
