Job summary

AA Euro Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a main residential contractor in the Dublin area. You will lead delivery across multiple sites, ensuring on-time completion within budget and adherence to Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.

You will liaise with clients, sub-contractors and the design team, manage design development, and report to the Contracts Manager. A strong track record in construction project delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Trade qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant studies or certifications related to contractual management or other role-specific areas.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or civil engineering industry.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Clients, Sub-contractors, Senior Engineer, Foreman, and Quantity Surveyor.
• Lead the project lifecycle to deliver on time and within budget.
• Manage Design Team relationships and design development processes.
• Oversee sub-contractors and site staff on multiple sites.
• Plan weekly work programmes and produce progress reports.
• Ensure the site aligns with budget and commercial objectives.
• Promote Health & Safety culture and attend weekly management meetings.
