Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience in construction, engineering, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor markets.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements
• Monitor material pricing trends and market conditions to anticipate cost fluctuations
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to forecast material and equipment needs
• Track deliveries and resolve supply chain issues to prevent project delays
• Maintain accurate procurement records, budgets, and vendor performance data
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project timelines
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage a team of buyers/procurement coordinators (if applicable) Prepare and process purchase orders for construction materials and services based on approved requisitions using the Business Central ERP system.
