Job summary

RT.Lane in Killarney is seeking a Construction Project Manager with 5+ years at PM level to lead a multi-million euro project in Ireland. You will coordinate clients, subcontractors and the design team to deliver on time and within budget.

You will drive weekly programmes, manage site staff, oversee design development and RFIs, and uphold a strong Health & Safety culture across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to liaise with clients, sub-contractors and internal teams.
• Strong leadership to deliver complex on-site projects.
• Solid understanding of civil works and construction methods.
• Commitment to CPD and continuous professional development.
• Experience at project management level for multi-million euro works.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project team from design through handover.
• Maintain weekly work programmes and report progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee design development, RFIs and workshop activities.
• Manage sub-contractors, staff on site and on-site safety culture.
• Ensure site milestones are met within budget and commercial objectives.
• Attend weekly management meetings and report progress.
