Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland (Dublin/Limerick) is seeking a Senior Consultant, Compliance to support Ireland and UK entities in the ongoing delivery and enhancement of the Compliance Programme. You will provide senior-level support across risk assessment, monitoring, regulatory change, policies, management reporting and governance engagement.

This second line of defense role requires strong judgement, senior stakeholder management, regulatory knowledge and the ability to operate independently while

Responsibilities

• Provide senior compliance advice, constructive challenge, and practical guidance to business stakeholders on regulatory obligations, compliance risks, and control effectiveness.
• Contribute to preparation of clear, concise management information for Executive, Risk Committee, Board, and other governance reporting.
• Drive the Compliance Risk Assessment framework for Ireland & UK legal entities in line with policies and regulator expectations.
• Coordinate reporting at governance committees, including Board and Risk Committee forums.
