Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compliance Design Evaluation Engineer to support product compliance for the Data Center and Energy business unit.

You will execute compliance evaluations, document results, and partner with design teams and external certification bodies to ensure products meet safety, EMC, and environmental standards. The role involves developing lab test plans, creating test reports, and helping debug hardware in the lab, including soldering and rework.

Qualifications

• Experience performing product compliance testing to IEC 61010-1 and IEC 61000 EMC series.
• Experience coordinating with external certification bodies and test campaigns.
• Ability to produce clear, repeatable test procedures and high-quality reports.
• Hands-on electronics lab skills including soldering/rework.
• Programming or test automation experience in Python and/or LabVIEW.

Responsibilities

• Execute compliance evaluations for data center and energy products and document results.
• Collaborate with design teams and certification bodies to ensure safety, EMC, and mechanical compliance.
• Develop test fixtures, lab interface boards, and automation tools to enable DUT control.
• Coordinate logistics for testing across internal labs and external labs.
• Assist debug in the lab, including soldering/rework and board modifications.
• Review schematics and PCB layouts to verify alignment with safety and EMC rules.
