Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a CE Marking Coordinator to drive EU compliance for semiconductor products.

Lead the CE marking process, maintain documentation, and coordinate testing across internal teams and external labs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields with 3–5 years in regulatory compliance for electronics, familiarity with EMC, RoHS, REACH directives, and strong project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CE marking requirements and processes.
• Experience with electrical/electronic product design, testing and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage complex documentation and maintain meticulous records.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CE Marking process across Analog Devices’ product portfolio to ensure EU compliance (EMC, RoHS, REACH, UKCA).
• Stay updated on EU regulations and ensure products meet current standards.
• Develop and maintain data/test result documentation to support technical file and declaration of conformity.
• Coordinate product testing and liaise with external labs and notified bodies.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing to embed compliance in development lifecycles.
• Train teams on CE marking processes and regulatory updates.
• Support procurement/quality teams with technical data for regulatory compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and be primary point of contact for external audits and inspections.
