The Role:

Reporting to the Centre Manager/Deputy Manager, the successful candidate will provide day to day leadership and guidance to staff, coordinate service delivery and support the achievement of individual outcomes. The role will also exercise delegated operational responsibility as required, while promoting New Directions, community inclusion and a Human Rights Based Approach.
