Kerry Parents and Friends Association in Killarney is seeking a Senior Community Access Facilitator to provide day-to-day leadership within our Adult Disability Day Services. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will guide staff, coordinate service delivery and support individual outcomes.
You will lead person-centred planning, promote inclusion and a human rights based approach, and work with families and partners to achieve positive outcomes while safeguarding and maintaining quality standards.
As a Section 39 organisation, KPFA operates its own pay scales.
Annual increments are awarded up to the maximum point of the relevant scale.
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (39 hours per week) Two posts available
Location: Killarney Day Services 1
Roster: Mon, Thurs & Fri: 08:30 - 17:00 / Tues : 09:00 - 17:00/ Wed: 08:30 - 16:30

Reporting to the Centre Manager/Deputy Manager, the successful candidate will provide day to day leadership and guidance to staff, coordinate service delivery and support the achievement of individual outcomes. The role will also exercise delegated operational responsibility as required, while promoting New Directions, community inclusion and a Human Rights Based Approach.
(A panel may be formed from which future vacancies for Killarney Day Services 1 may be filled up to the 31st of March 2027).
