KD Group is seeking a commercially driven Commercial Manager to own Mechanical and Fit-Out projects and develop into a Commercial Lead. You will shape commercial strategy, manage interim valuations, variations, and final accounts, and mentor junior staff across M&E and fit-out packages.

The role requires strong Excel reporting, risk management, and collaboration with Contracts Directors to protect margins and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum five years in a similar commercial management role.
• Level 7 honours degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with remeasurable M&E contracts and lump-sum fit-out projects.
• Strong Excel and commercial reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and project-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage commercial aspects of multiple Mechanical and Fit-Out projects.
• Prepare CVR, valuations, variations, final accounts, and reports.
• Protect project margins and manage cash flow.
• Review tenders, pricing strategies, and risk in bid/no-bid decisions.
• Lead and mentor junior commercial staff and contribute to internal procedures.
• Develop value-engineering and cost-optimisation proposals.
