Job summary

Morgan McKinley is representing an award-winning Irish commercial law firm in Dublin seeking a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE. You will advise clients on high-stakes contentious matters, working alongside market-leading partners and associates.

In this role you will handle core commercial and shareholder litigation, including banking and professional negligence disputes, and manage dispute resolution pathways from pleadings to mediation and arbitration.

Qualifications

• Ireland-qualified solicitor with 3+ PQE preferred.
• Strong background in commercial litigation and shareholder disputes.
• Excellent drafting and risk-aware advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court and ADR proceedings.
