BCL Legal is working with a specialist commercial disputes firm in Dublin to recruit a Commercial Litigation Associate (2-4 PQE). The role offers front-line case exposure across High Court proceedings and major corporate disputes, with a lean, dedicated team and a focus on professional development.

You will engage in strategy, drafting, and research, with access to advanced technology and AI tools to streamline routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Irish-qualified solicitor (or equivalent common-law qualification).
• 2-4 years' PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong foundational background in complex dispute resolution, sharp analytical skills, and the capacity to assist on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Responsibilities

• Work across High Court lists on high-stakes litigation, major corporate disputes, and regulatory proceedings.
• Gain hands-on experience with direct strategy involvement and rapid skill progression.
• Utilise advanced legal technology and AI tools to streamline drafting, research, and trial strategy.
• Assist on multi-jurisdictional matters with a focus on high-value disputes.
