Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Migration Delivery Lead to guide complex customer migrations from kickoff to go-live, serving as the primary technical and strategic advisor and coordinating with our Global Delivery Center engineers.

You will own end-to-end delivery, align migration goals with business strategy with account teams, and leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate discovery, data mapping, and code conversion across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting.
• Deep hands-on domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex architectures into business language for customers.
• Proven experience with global or offshore delivery models (e.g., GDC).
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core or specialized clouds (Marketing, Data, Revenue, Tableau).
• Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools applied to data mapping or migration tasks.
• Understanding of how cloud platforms integrate with data sources and self-service portals.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements — owning technical delivery, project health, and go-live outcomes.
• Partner with Account Teams to align migration goals with business strategy, renewal, and expansion objectives.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, translating migration challenges into actionable decisions.
• Develop and execute focused delivery plans with high-impact milestones and pod timelines.
• Facilitate enablement and alignment sessions to prepare customer teams for platform transitions.
• Advise on AI-assisted tooling adoption to accelerate discovery, data mapping, and code conversion.
