Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, Go, Bash).
• Strong hands-on experience deploying SaaS products across major cloud providers (Azure, GCP).
• Decent skills in configuration management/IAC tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Good database management skills (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL, ScyllaDB, Redis, Kafka).
• Strong understanding and experience of the cloud-native landscape (k8s orchestration, observability, SecOps).
• Strong system skills, including *nix systems administration background.
• 4–5 years of work experience in cloud engineering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop optimum cloud infrastructure ensuring stability, scale, and performance using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Python.
• Identify and proactively propose solutions to address complex issues and enhance scalability.
• Deploy, automate, maintain, troubleshoot, and continually improve systems to keep backend infrastructure running smoothly.
• Maintain and improve continuous integration infrastructure and services (build, test, and package pipelines).
• Help development teams set up and maintain their continuous integration pipelines and tools.
• Review peer and junior level code/work and share best practices within the team and on various platforms.
• Apply modern, continuous development techniques and pipelines (Agile, Kanban, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Artifactory).
• Build and maintain microservices architecture in production using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Spearhead design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure.
