Job summary

Henry Schein seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect to design and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise data and API platforms. This senior IC role emphasizes architectural direction and engineering standards.

You will lead cloud-native architectures on Azure, manage IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and security controls, collaborating with Data and API Engineering teams to ensure performance, reliability, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in cloud engineering or platform engineering.
• Deep expertise in Azure; AWS/GCP a plus.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native architectures on Azure to support data platforms, APIs, and microservices.
• Build and manage IaC using Terraform, Bicep, or similar tools.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows for infrastructure and platform services.
• Architect and implement secure cloud environments including IAM, networking, and policy controls.
• Lead hands-on containerization/orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Establish and enhance observability with logging, monitoring, and alerting.
