Job summary

Teckro in Dublin is seeking a senior Growth analytics professional to turn complex data from clinical trials into actionable insights for multiple departments. You will own end-to-end analysis, design KPI tracking, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This hybrid Dublin role requires 6+ years in performance metrics and analytics, experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and a background in life sciences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in performance metrics & analytics, preferably in clinical research.
  • Experience working for Teckro or other life science tech company is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to outline needs and deliver end-to-end requirements and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting solutions and design new analytics approaches.
  • Provide data-based insights to measure performance, set improvement goals, and predict outcomes.
  • Serve as Growth team SME and support across departments.
  • Establish measurable KPIs and tracking mechanisms.
  • Assess stakeholder feedback to identify value opportunities and expand capabilities.
  • Translate complex data into simple conclusions for decision making.
  • Lead knowledge sharing within the Growth team and guide activities.

What you'll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to outline needs and flag any challenges. Own requests from end-to-end, starting with requirements gathering to stakeholder deliverables / presentations
  • Seeks opportunities to challenge status quo reporting solutions and designs new, innovative ways to use data to support decision making
  • Provide data-based actionable insights empowering stakeholders to effectively measure performance, establish improvement goals, comprehend relationships between variables, predict outcomes and make strategic decisions
  • Serve as a product and clinical trial subject matter expert resource for Teckro and provide support across multiple departments within the organization
  • Work to establish measurable and actionable KPIs, developing appropriate tracking mechanisms
  • Continually assess stakeholder feedback and business performance to help identify value opportunities, identifying opportunities to expand capabilities to leverage additional data and/or better use of existing solutions
  • Communicate analytic solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner and anticipate critical business questions to support
  • Translate complex data into simple conclusions that empower teams to make decisions and take action
  • Anticipate critical business questions and opportunities and deliver insights to the business
  • Respond to customer requests to improve quality and/or comprehensiveness of deliverables
  • Act as a leader within the Growth team, supporting colleagues with knowledge sharing, as well as providing support and guidance when delegating activities
  • Any additional duties as defined and agreed with line manager
Experience Required:
  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding customer requirements and proposing solutions
  • Understanding of global drug development, clinical trial process and ICH/GCP guidelines
  • Working knowledge of existing landscape of Life Science technologies, A applications
  • Data analysis skills with advanced proficiency leveraging Excel or similar analytical tool (s). Experience with data visualization via Tableau, Qlik Sense, QuickSight or Power BI an advantage
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and LLM technologies to improve insights and efficiency is a plus
  • Ability to independently communicate with stakeholders to compile analysis requirements and solicit feedback
  • Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, requiring superior skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel when needed

Location and Travel:

(Dublin)

  • Hybrid role - Dublin City Centre, Ireland, currently this is set to 3 days per week onsite.
  • Our Dublin City Centre offices are located less than 3 mins for Pearse St Dart Station and beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.
  • We also offer flexible start/ end times, allowing your schedule to suit your lifestyle
