Job summary

Teckro Limited in Dublin is seeking a seasoned Engagement Professional to lead client relationships and drive delivery of Teckro products to trial sites. You will act as lead point of contact for study teams, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for account growth.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years in healthcare project/account management or clinical research, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. This hybrid role requires travel and based in Ireland.

What you’ll Do:

• Ensure the ongoing successful delivery ofTeckroproducts to clients by building strong and productive relationships with clients and co-workers.

• As lead point of contact forstudy teams,manage day to day relationshipsto ensureongoing
  client satisfactionthrough frequent communication,meetingsand client visits.

• Develop long-term relationships with clients to help grow these accounts withinTeckroby connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.

• Proactivelyidentifypotential and existing issues in client service relationships, address these directly and intervene when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.RecommendTeckrosolutions to help solve these wherepossible.

• Develop site engagement strategies with theclinicalstudy team usingTeckrosolutions,dataand communication channels.

• LeverageTeckrodataand metricsforclientswith theobjectiveofaddingvalue to the clinical trial or programme.

• Responsible for educating clients on products,new solutionsand best practices.

• Ensure thetimelyand successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs andobjectives.

• Provide support toHead of Clinical Engagementand/or Senior Management in the areas ofengagement/growthstrategy,processand reporting.

• Be anactive contributortothe sales team to reach and exceed the sales quota while achieving sales targets.

• Contributetothe EngagementProject Management team process creation and process improvement.

• Ensuresuccessfulcollaborationof theEngagementPM team with other departments, asrequired.

• Ability to travel (approximately 20-30%)
• Undertake other duties in-line with your role and businessneedsasrequired.

The Ideal candidate will have:

• 2-3years of healthcare project management,accountmanagementand/or clinical researchexperience.

• 1-2years’ experience in clinical trial management or similar.

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

• Ability to form strong and constructive internal as well as external professional relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to shape, and deliver results to, customer expectations.

• Strong influencing, negotiationskillsand presentation skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills.

Qualifications Required:

• BA/BS degree in related field;or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.

Location and Travel:

(Dublin)

• Hybrid rolecurrently this is set to 2-3 days per week onsite - Dublin City Centre, Ireland

• Our Dublin City Centre offices are located less than 3 mins for Pearse St Dart Station and beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.

• We also offer flexible start/ end times, allowing your schedule to suit your lifestyle

• Note:Regrettably we cannot offer work permit sponsorship for this role.To be considered, you must currently be based in Ireland and already hold the necessary legal permissions to work here.
