Job summary

Sodexo in Limerick is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to lead integrated facilities management for a multi-site portfolio in the West and South of Ireland. The role covers hard and soft FM, engineering teams, and client engagement to deliver exceptional service.

You'll manage budgets, forecasts and P&L, drive continuous improvement, and develop operational leadership across sites while expanding contract opportunities and ensuring compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing technical services, engineering, or integrated facilities management contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, asset management, and maintenance strategies.
• Experience managing large operational teams and senior client relationships.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
• Proven ability to improve operational performance and grow client accounts.
• Professional memberships or qualifications such as IWFM, IOSH, CIBSE, IET, or NEBOSH are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering and facilities operations.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting, P&L performance, and identify opportunities for contract growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational management teams, creating a high-performing culture.
• Support contract mobilisations, service transformations, and capital projects while driving innovation and best practice.
