Job summary

ORS is seeking a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer to lead medium and large building infrastructure projects across Ireland. You will own projects from feasibility through detailing, construction documentation and delivery, while mentoring teams and developing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Level 8 qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering; Chartered status preferred but not essential.
• 10+ years' consultancy experience with minimum 5 years Irish project experience.
• Strong design capability and knowledge of structural codes and standards.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural and civil design and delivery for medium- to large-scale projects.
• Manage teams and ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to programme.
• Project manage consultancy services and client relationships.
• Plan resources, deadlines and technical delivery; guide engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary teams; support work winning.
