Qualifications

• Level 8 Engineering qualification (or equivalent)
• Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with consultancy and construction contracts including PWMF/PSC

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, programming and resource management.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental compliance across projects.
• Oversee regulatory compliance including Health & Safety and BCAR.
• Manage project cash flow, invoicing and debtor control.
• Liaise between clients, internal teams and management to ensure alignment.
• Define project briefs, work breakdown structures, and client agreement on terms.
• Develop and maintain project timelines with clients.
• Coordinate cross-divisional teams and manage sub-consultants.
• Ensure design work is prepared by qualified personnel and reviewed.
