Jacobs in Ireland is seeking a Career or Senior Civil Engineer to lead design and analysis for manufacturing and industrial facilities, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compliant, and buildable solutions.

You will mentor junior staff, apply AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley tools, perform hydrology analyses, ensure adherence to Irish and international standards, and drive project delivery from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of manufacturing project experience.
• Previous experience in semi-conductor, data center or general industrial facilities is an advantage.
• Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley Suites.

Responsibilities

• Performs all conventional civil engineering analyses and design.
• Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation of engineering techniques.
• Reviews construction documents for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Leads workload management and team coordination on projects.
• Identifies scope changes and escalates to project management.
• Mentors engineers and provides technical coaching.
• Advances workflows and adopts new technologies.
• Supports multi-office collaboration as needed.
