Job summary

Man O'War Gastropub in Balbriggan is seeking a Senior Chef to join our busy kitchen on a permanent basis. You will take full ownership of your section during service and work alongside the Head Chef and Second Chef in a high-volume gastropub environment.

We require 3–5 years in a senior kitchen, strong classical and modern cooking techniques, and a leadership style that thrives under pressure. Candidates should live in Fingal or have transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in a senior kitchen role.
• Strong classical and modern cooking techniques.
• Leads by example and thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your section during service.
• Support and work with Head Chef and Second Chef.
• Maintain and improve kitchen standards, consistency and presentation.
• High-volume gastropub service — able to handle it.
