Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering seeks an experienced engineering leader to guide the delivery of large datacenter projects in Ireland. You will work with a vibrant, agile team to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, to budget and to the required quality standards.

This role requires strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills, plus the ability to coordinate cross-functional groups and manage complex design and construction processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree AND experience in engineering, project/technical program management OR equivalent experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• English proficiency required for all business operations and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of leading-edge engineering projects.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, safely, within budget and to quality standards.
• Lead teams of engineers in large datacenter environments and complex construction processes.
• Develop leadership capability through Kirby’s Career Development Programmes.
