Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking an experienced CI Programme Lead to own and govern Kirby’s continuous improvement portfolio across multiple sites in Ireland. You will coordinate governance, prioritise initiatives, and drive measurable benefits in a dynamic engineering environment.

The role requires senior-level leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering transformation, including AI initiatives and executive reporting to boards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in programme management or continuous improvement.
• Experience in engineering or construction industry preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience coordinating digital transformation or AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own Kirby’s continuous improvement portfolio governance.
• Coordinate portfolio reviews and governance meetings.
• Define business problem, outcome, ownership, governance and success measures.
• Prepare concise portfolio updates for COO and Board.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting.
• Lead executive reporting and benefits realisation.
