Job summary

Mainframe Systems & Services in Limerick seeks a seasoned Platform Engineering Manager to lead the Mainframe Platform team within the global platform engineering function. You will drive delivery of reliable, scalable mainframe solutions, mentor engineers, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform strategy with business goals.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering with at least 3 in leadership, a strong SDLC/Agile background, and hands-on experience with mainframe

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
10+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proactive, strategic mindset with ability to address challenges.
Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects.
Strong SDLC and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communications skills.

Responsibilities
