Job summary

Selby Jennings seeks a Senior Low Latency C++ Software Engineer to design and build ultra-low latency trading and research systems. You will work on high-performance, low-latency applications spanning networking, distributed systems, and large-scale infrastructure.

You will collaborate with researchers and engineers to advance market data platforms, improve tooling, and raise engineering standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong C++ experience with modern standards and low-latency techniques.

The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising high-performance systems that power automated trading and research platforms. You\'ll work across a broad range of technical problems, from low-level performance optimisation and networking through to distributed systems and large-scale infrastructure.

What We\'re Looking For

• Strong Linux knowledge and familiarity with networking concepts

• Excellent software engineering fundamentals and clean coding practices
