  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Software Engineer (C++ or C#/.NET) – Dublin

Radley James is working with a leading quantitative trading firm in Dublin that is looking to hire experienced Software Engineers with strong expertise in either C++ or C#/.NET.

You’ll join a highly collaborative technology team working alongside quantitative researchers, traders, and infrastructure engineers to build the systems that power automated trading strategies across global financial markets. This is an opportunity to work on business‑critical, high‑performance applications in an environment where technology has a direct impact on trading outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using either C++ or C#/.NET.
  • Collaborate closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and fellow engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Build scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems.
  • Take ownership throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through to production support.
