• Identify operational models for post-delivery rollout.
• Lead pilot participant preparation through demonstrations and training.
• Gather feedback for future pilots and broader rollout strategies.
• Create guidance and readiness assessments for smooth transitions.
• Manage initiative timelines and governance; adapt to organizational change.
• Oversee multiple work streams with stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery team on stakeholder management.
