Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a primary degree or equivalent in a related field such as Business, Project Management, Change Management, or IT. This role emphasizes public sector experience, specifically in delivering business readiness activities in complex or regulated environments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training and support plans for educational institutions in the second pilot phase.
• Identify and recommend operational models for post-delivery and national rollout.
• Lead preparation of pilot participants through demonstrations and training sessions.
• Gather and analyze feedback for future pilots and broader rollout strategies.
• Create operational guidance and readiness assessments essential for smooth transitions.
• Maintain initiative timelines, manage governance, and adapt to organizational change efforts.
• Oversee multiple work streams, ensuring engagement while minimizing resistance.
• Be integral in stakeholder management alongside the Service Delivery team.

Key Requirements:

• A strong track record in leading business readiness and operational transition activities within public sector or regulated environments.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and operate autonomously on key projects.
• Change Management experience.
• Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM).
• Business Analysis certification.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in managing multiple work streams effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Programme coordination and change management experience.
• Capability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and preparation activities.
