Job summary

Ingenio Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own discovery, requirements, delivery and implementation for a major General Insurance transformation programme. You’ll lead discovery sessions, shape the target state and translate business needs into epics, features and user stories.

You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and technology teams to drive meaningful change.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Business Analysis experience
• General Insurance experience, ideally Business/Commercial Lines
• Proven ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience across Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall environments
• Strong process and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Understand current-state processes, data and pain points, then shape the target state
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and technology teams
• Use Jira & Confluence to manage and refine requirements throughout delivery
• Apply General Insurance knowledge across Business/Commercial Lines, underwriting and policy administration
• Lead/support UAT, including scenarios, scripts, defect triage and business sign-off
• Support go-live, hypercare, training and operational readiness
