Multidisciplinary Global Agency in Central Dublin is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to undertake due diligence inspections, surveys, and vendor reports. You will manage building fabric condition assessments, stock condition surveys, and the dilapidations process for landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Building Surveying experience.
• Registered Building Surveyor (ideally chartered).
• Experience overseeing contractors across commercial fit-outs and refurbishments.
• Full Driver's License & Personal Vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Technical Due Diligence inspections and surveys.
• Deliver transaction-led surveys, including pre-acquisition and vendor reports.
• Conduct building fabric condition and defect analysis surveys.
• Complete stock condition surveys across estate portfolios.
• Manage the Dilapidations process for both Landlords and Tenants.
• Oversee commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects on behalf of clients.
