Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building services management or facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and safety regulations.
• Proven experience managing maintenance teams and contractor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for coordinating with tenants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of building services, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for optimal performance.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor budgets related to building services and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Serve as point of contact for tenants regarding building services and issue resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in building services management.
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation on building services activities and performance metrics.
