Job summary

Walls Construction is currently recruiting Building Services Engineers for projects across Dublin. You will ensure all building services are coordinated with construction activities, from specification and procurement through to installation, testing and commissioning in a range of commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare buildings.

Successful candidates will have at least three years' experience with a building contractor or transferable field, strong IT system experience, and

Qualifications

• Relevant 3rd-level qualifications and at least three years' experience in building services.
• Experience with IT systems and AutoCAD is required.
• Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building services with other construction activities from specification through installation, testing and commissioning.
• Manage submission of O&M manuals and assist in preparing tender documentation.
