KNOW THE ROLE
Our Marketing Team is recruiting a Brand Partnerships Senior Executive to join them at their Grafton Street Head Office. At Brown Thomas Arnotts we are driven by our vision to reinvent retail. The Brand Partnerships team is committed to delivering an unrivaled brand partner experience, offering premium media placements across both physical and digital stores.
The Brand Partnerships Senior Executiveis a Retail Media, client service and project management role responsible for end-to-end project management of BTA media partnerships in stores and online. Reporting to the Brand Partnerships Manager and working closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, execution, and analysis of all brand media plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercials & Strategy
- Responsible for supporting the delivery of the brand partnerships pipeline and target across stores and digital, via endemic and non-endemic brand partners
- Support internal education within the Brown Thomas Arnotts business on the value of retail media uptake of its processes
- Stay up to date with retail media trends and technology to support growth of brand partnerships in BTA
- Work closely with online trade, creative and marketing teams to define and implement effective ways of working and cross function roles and responsibilities and ensure retail media plans aligned with B.A.U. calendars
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance retail media processes and make them more efficient
- Supporting the brand partnerships manager on reporting on the commercial performance of the retail media function within the business
- Providing insights and optimisation recommendations to senior buying managers, marketing managers, and the executive team at Brown Thomas Arnotts
Project Management
- Responsible for supporting the delivery of the brand partnerships pipeline across stores and digital, and endemic and non-endemic brand partners
- Responsible for the hands-on and day-to-day project management of Brown Thomas Arnotts retail media channels and activations across all key stakeholders (stores, marketing, creative, buying, and digital).
- Collaborating with a range of internal delivery teams (stores, CRM, digital trade, marketing, digital marketing) to coordinate briefs, asset delivery, previews, and key project milestones against all media partnerships.
- Responsible for performance and measurement of all retail media activity with the brand partnerships manager, reporting on performance to brand partners.
Execution & Delivery:
- Closely monitoring and supervising timescales of all media activations, ensuring all deliverables and campaigns are delivered on time
- Coordinate with brands to secure all necessary creative assets for campaigns
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure deployment plans are clear and mitigate any risks to launch
- Responsible for optimisation of campaigns based on analytics data, feeding insights back to category managers to support effective media planning
- Support the brand partnerships manager and digital teams in onboarding, managing, and optimising all technology initiatives to support the growth of retail media in the business
- Platform management and reporting on retail media specific platforms (ad serving technology)
- Ensure all brand partnerships documentation are accurate, on brand and aligned with company guidelines
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with a strong focus on project management and management of digital analytics platforms
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A strong digital background with experience in activation of digital campaigns end to end including measurement and reporting
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) required
- Experience working within and managing digital platforms
- A meticulous attention to detail and experience managing timescales across multiple campaigns
