Job summary

LT Talent is partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led cosmetics business in Ireland to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper who will own the full finance function. You will manage day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR, VAT, payroll, stock reconciliation, and reporting, working directly with senior leadership as the business scales.

Strong reconciliation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential, with bonus experience in retail or inventory-based

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' bookkeeping experience, ideally owning a complete finance function.
• Strong grasp of Irish VAT and payroll regulations.
• Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Bonus: experience in retail, FMCG, cosmetics or inventory-based business.

Responsibilities

• Full bookkeeping function: bank recs, cash flow reporting, monthly management accounts.
• VAT returns and Irish Revenue compliance.
• Payroll via BrightPay, in line with Irish payroll legislation.
• Stock reconciliation between Unleashed and Xero.
• Supplier and customer account management end to end.
• Monthly reporting and KPIs direct to leadership.

You'll run the complete day-to-day finance operation - AP, AR, payroll, stock reconciliation, VAT, and reporting - working closely with senior leadership in a business that continues to grow.
