Job summary

Structure Tone Ireland is seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer to lead the delivery and coordination of MEP systems for data centre projects in Ireland. You will work with Project Managers, design teams, consultants and contractors to ensure safe, on-time and to-specification delivery across full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities include technical oversight of HV/LV, UPS, cooling, BMS and associated systems, plus coordinating interfaces and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience as MEP Project Engineer, Building Services Engineer, MEP Coordinator or similar in delivery roles.
• Experience on data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical or other complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP building services and data centre design principles.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination tools (Revit/Navisworks) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage MEP delivery across complex data centre projects.
• Support Project Manager in planning, milestones, and coordination.
• Interface between mechanical, electrical, public health, architectural, structural & specialist systems.
• Review drawings, specifications and submissions for compliance.
• Identify risks, clashes and coordinate solutions to maintain programme.
• Manage RFIs and design changes with the project team.
• Participate in design, technical, progress and coordination meetings.
