Bristol Myers Squibb in Ireland seeks an experienced Senior Specialist Asset Management Systems to oversee client-side control and governance of project documentation across design, CQV and handover phases. The role is fully embedded on site in Ireland and requires hands-on support for AutoCAD/Vault/Navisworks/Revit and Forma Data Management & Build.

Qualifications

• Proven Forma/BIM CAD SME on pharma capital projects and sustaining ops.
• 10+ years with AutoCAD, Vault, Navisworks and Revit.
• Extensive experience with Autodesk Forma Data Management & Build.
• Strong GMP documentation knowledge; site work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for Autodesk Forma Data Management & Build.
• Provide SME support for Vault Professional.
• Train users on Forma Data Management & Build.
• Site SME for Revit/Navisworks.
• Manage Forma data structures/access for project folders.
• Support AutoCAD CQV/Handover.
• Support SharePoint for Drawing Office requests.
• Site Safety file support.
• Facilities/Reprographic support.
• Vault migration to BMS Docs/Forma Data Management.
• Support end users on Asset Management docs on site.
