Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Ireland seeks an experienced Asset Management Systems SME to oversee client-side control and governance of project docs across design, CQV and handover. The role is embedded on site at an Irish pharma site.

Key responsibilities include providing SME support for Forma Data Management & Build, Vault, Revit/Navisworks; training end users; and managing folder structures and access. On-site work with GMP compliance and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Proven Forma / BIM CAD SME on pharma/capital projects.
• 10+ years with AutoCAD / Vault / Navisworks / Revit.
• Multiple years with Forma Data Management & Build.
• Strong GMP documentation understanding.
• Experience supporting construction, commissioning and qualification docs.

Role Overview

Engineering Technical Services are seeking an experienced Asset Mgmt Systems SME to join the Engineering Technical Services team. The role is fully embedded on site and responsible for the client-side control and governance of all project documentation across design, construction, CQV and handover phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for the Autodesk Forma Data Management & Build.


• Provide SME support for Vault Professional.


• Training support for Forma Data Management & Build.


• Site SME Support for Revit / Navisworks.


• Site SME for Forma Data Management Expense & Capital project folder structures / access administrator.


• Project / CQV / Handover AutoCAD support.


• Support drawing office SharePoint (Drawing Office Request).


• Site Safety file support.


• Facilities / Reprographic Support.


• Support Vault migration from Vault to BMS Docs / Forma Data Management.


• Support for all end users on use of Asset Management documentation systems on site

Essential Experience & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Forma / BIM Model CAD SME on pharmaceutical or life sciences capital projects and sustaining operations.


• Minimum 10 years experience with Autodesk AutoCAD / Vault / Navisworks / Revit.


• Multiple years' experience with Autodesk Forma Data Management & Build.


• Strong understanding of GMP documentation requirements.


• Experience supporting construction, commissioning and qualification documentation.


• Ability to work full-time on a live pharmaceutical site in Ireland.

Desirable Experience

• Desirable Experience on large-scale Irish pharma sites (drug product, biologics, sterile facilities).


• Familiarity with Plant 3D / Inventor / Stru CAD.


• AI software experience.
