Job summary

Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Carlow, Ireland is seeking a Bartender to deliver warm, friendly service on the floor of a luxury property. You will rotate through the Food & Beverage areas, keeping service areas stocked and clean while staying aware of menu updates.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team within a busy resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a prompt & courteous manner
• To ensure work areas is set up and stocked according to the business requirements
• To be fully aware of any menu updates
• To work a flexible shift pattern and rotate through the various areas of the Food and Beverage Department if required.
• To ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• To provide support in other areas of the business if required to do so.
• Ensure all stock is stored in a safe manner.
