Windward Management's Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Carlow is seeking a Food and Beverage Server to join our team. You will deliver warm, friendly service to guests across the hotel’s dining outlets and assist in maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Work flexible shifts and rotate through areas of the Food and Beverage department.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules on daily, weekly and monthly cycles.
• Provide support in other areas of the business when needed.
• Store all stock in a safe manner.
