Job summary

Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in County Carlow is seeking an Accommodation Assistant to join its hospitality team in Mountwolseley, Tullow. The role offers flexible shift patterns and a friendly, guest‑facing environment.

You'll work closely with housekeeping and other departments to maintain high cleanliness standards, assist guests promptly, and present a well-groomed, professional appearance. The position is part-time with a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Maintains excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high and consistent level daily.
• To deal with all guests requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ability to work cohesively with housekeeping staff and other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Must be well groomed and take pride in their appearance
