The Panel is seeking a PMO Senior Technical Project / Programme Manager for a banking payments programme based in Dublin. The role is hybrid and runs 6 to 12 months, coordinating across an Agile tribe to oversee multiple live initiatives.

You will act as the single source of truth for status, budgets and risk, and you will present credible updates to IT leadership every month in a fast-moving, ambitious setting.

Qualifications

• Banking payments exposure across schemes like Faster Payments, SEPA Instant, CHAPS, BACS or similar.
• Strong PMO/Programme Manager experience leading senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and governance discipline in high-stakes portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Owns status, budgets and risk across the portfolio and reports monthly.
• Ensures delivery integrity and closes gaps with cross-functional teams.
• Challenging and guiding decision-makers to keep timelines on track.
