Job summary

William Fry is seeking a senior associate for its Banking & Finance department in Dublin. The role requires at least 4 years of PQE and experience in debt finance across real estate, leveraged acquisition or corporate lending.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE.
• Post-qualification experience at a large corporate law firm.
• Excellent academic background.
• Excellent drafting and technical skills.
• Strong client service and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead debt finance transactions across real estate, leveraged acquisition and corporate lending.
• Manage transactions independently with partner input when required.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on banking documents and terms.
