Job summary

Archer (Ireland) seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to own the design, code, deployment and performance of major TypeScript/Node.js backend features. You will take work from idea to production in a growing tech environment.

You’ll shape architecture for scalability and reliability, collaborate with product and engineering, and help integrate AI capabilities to enhance the product.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on TypeScript/Node.js backend experience and substantial services/integrations.
• Comfortable with SQL, APIs and cloud production systems.
• Experience implementing AI features or agents would be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own design, code, deployment and ongoing performance of major backend features.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for scalability, security and reliability.
