Job summary

AECOM is recruiting a Senior Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor – Aviation for our Dublin office. This hybrid role balances on-site delivery three days a week with two days remote, focusing on commercial and cost management across major infrastructure projects.

You will lead cost management, contract administration, and governance, ensuring financial certainty and value for money throughout the project lifecycle. The role includes mentoring staff and interfacing with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified – BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related discipline.
• Registered on the Statutory Register of Quantity Surveyors in Ireland, Chartered QS status via RICS or SCSI desirable.
• Strong digital capability with IT skills for measurement, cost planning, estimating, and tender documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme cost management and commercial control across major infrastructure projects.
• Monitor cost control processes and escalate issues to leadership teams.
• Develop and maintain programme-wide cost management strategies and robust budgeting.
