AECOM in Dublin is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor (Aviation) to lead commercial and cost management on major infrastructure projects. The role is based on-site three days per week with two days from home, and involves mentoring Intermediate Quantity Surveyors while supporting programme-wide objectives.

You will drive cost control, risk assessment, and value-for-money through robust procurement, reporting, and governance across the programme.

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
• On the Ireland statutory register; ideally Chartered (RICS/SCSI).
• Strong IT skills with digital measurement, cost planning and tender tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead programme cost management and commercial control.
• Develop cost management strategies and reporting.
• Review contractor KPIs and cost forecasts.
• Manage variations, changes, and final accounts.
• Provide commercial input to risk reviews.
• Support procurement and cost assurance activities.
