Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a major aviation/infrastructure programme in Ireland. You will act as the Contracting Entity’s representative, overseeing planning, design, construction and commissioning to meet time, budget and specification targets.

The role requires coordinating with airport stakeholders, managing risks and ensuring robust project controls. You will lead interfaces across the lifecycle, maintain performance and change control, and ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in Construction/Infrastructure.
• Experience operating on a live airport site.
• On-site experience in large projects.
• Track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience as client’s project manager or equivalent.
• Stakeholder management across organisation levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of project interfaces across the lifecycle.
• Maintain the RACI task tracker and monthly progress updates.
• Coordinate design consultants and external service providers.
• Organise design review meetings and communication of design changes.
• Report monthly on project tasks and construction activities.
• Maintain the project risk register and update at progress meetings.
• Manage change control and flow of information to the client.
• Review NEC submissions and manage compensation events.
• Ensure delivery aligns with time, budget and specifications.
