Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd in Dublin is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer who is ready to move into a Team Lead role within six months. You will own major automation projects from day one and work hands-on with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley technologies to keep production running in a high-volume environment.

This role offers a clear path to leadership while you continue engineering work and mentor the automation team.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Automation Engineering.
Background in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or industrial environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation.
Solid PLC, controls and industrial automation experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver automation projects across a complex, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Work hands-on with PLCs, control systems and industrial automation technologies.
Troubleshoot challenging equipment and automation issues to keep production running efficiently.
Drive improvements in system reliability, performance and manufacturing efficiency.
Take ownership of key technical decisions and contribute to the development of the automation team.
Progressively step into a leadership position, supporting the team and helping shape the site's automation strategy.
